We report a case of atrophic testis following spontaneous rupture of testicular abscess secondary to suppurative epididymo-orchitis. He was a forty-four year old man paralyzed under the level of the first lumbar spinal cord by spinal cord injury at the age of twenty-one year old. We treated the case conservatively and observed the course from the inflammation to the consequent atrophy of the testis with ultrasonic examination.
