We reported a rare case of constrictive pericarditis (CP) complicated by mitral annular calcification (MAC). Usually MAC is detected in elderly people. The case was a forty-three years old female in pre-climacteric stage, who proved dense MAC echocardiographically. She had no underlying diseases except for constrictive pericarditis. Our case suggested that MAC could be found in relatively young patient with CP.
