Along with the needs to make ultrasound more useful and valuable to make good diagnosis so that could help patient better, the Indonesian Society of Ultrasound and Medicine （ISUM） establish “School of Ultrasound” in 1992.
This school is purposed for physicians.
Since then ……. physicians came to the school, coming from all part of Indonesia and Malaysia and not seldom came from USA.
There are classes for beginners （Basic） and advanced as well as short modules depending on the needs form different specialties
Normally the basic training will take 3 months, including theory and practical hands followed by active training in divers hospitals.
The advanced will take I month training at our school.
The short modules : color Doppler, hepato-gastroenterology, obstetric-gynecology, cardiology, MSK.
