Transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging in a 17-week fetus with fetal hydrops and cystic hygroma demonstrated fetal right coronary artery blood flow, although the fetal middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery pulsatility indexes were within their normal ranges. The significance of demonstration of the fetal coronary artery is discussed.
