　A 68-year-old man admitted with chief complaints of painless swelling of the left scrotal contents. Physical examination demonstrated enlarged, smooth and firm left testicle and the normal testis. Scrotal ultrasonogram revealed the left testis as an enlarged and hypoechoic mass compared with the right one. The testicular malignant lymphoma was thought from the ultrasonographic findings. A left orchiectomy was performed, and histopathological diagnosis was testicular malignant lymphoma.
